In accordance with Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made there under, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer who can be contacted with respect to any complaints or concerns including those pertaining to breach of The Company’s Terms of Use / Terms and Conditions, and other polices or questions, are set out hereunder:

REGISTERING GRIEVANCES
Students can register their grievances either in writing by sending an email to the above mentioned address or by using online redressal portal in the VCNow Student portal/ website.
Students who want to remain anonymous can use the separate form in the grievance portal.
Policy
VCNow shall do its best to address concerns of learners collected through its portal regarding
- Admission to programmes, certificate courses and open courses/programmes
- Attendance in programmes
- Student portal and attendance in online session.
- Fee payment, installments and Certificates
- Examination and related affairs
- Access to facilities at the VCNow Centers if required.
Grievance handling should be conducted by maintaining secrecy on identity of the complainant as much as possible.
VCNow is a programme partner and is as such not directly responsible for the delivery of the programmes. The programme delivery is the sole responsibility of the Institute. VCNow helps facilitate such a delivery through its centers and Student portal only, The role of VCNow in handling complaints relating to the Academic sphere is limited and VCNow’s role in this situation is that of a facilitator only.
The committees shall provide suitable atmosphere in the campus to encourage students to raise their grievances and should settle the grievance with minimum time.
