The XLRI Strategic Performance Management Programme provides an integrated approach to performance measurement, evaluation and improvement. The Strategic Performance Management course curriculum encompasses 8 comprehensive modules that delve into the various facets of performance management approaches and practices.
The pedagogy will comprise lectures and case edevidence-based discussions imparted by XLRI's HR faculty.
Master Class by select industry experts will also be invited to provide practical insights. The performance management concepts will be explained using examples drawn from real life case studies. Participants will also get an opportunity to work on live projects.
Participants will attend live and interactive sessions on the VCNow platform through direct-to- desktop (D2D) mode. Plus, participants are given the opportunity to visit XLRI Jamshedpur campus and learn things from the ground up through an intensive 3-day on-campus immersion scheduled at the end of the programme. The live online sessions will be held every Saturday from 6 PM to 9 PM IST, considering working professionals' busy schedules.
