The XLRI senior leadership course uses a blend of practical and interactive learning methods to engage participants. Through project work, case studies and group activities, you’ll develop critical problem-solving and leadership skills. The lecture series and term papers ensure a deep understanding of key concepts, while assignments help you apply them directly to your work.
Participants will attend live video sessions on the VCNow platform through direct-to-desktop (D2D) mode. Additionally, they will have the unique opportunity to visit the XLRI Jamshedpur campus for an intensive 5-day on-campus immersion. The live online sessions will take place every Saturday and Sunday from (9 AM to 12 PM) and (10:30 AM to 1:30 PM) respectively.
The XLRI Senior Management Programme typically requires participants to have a minimum 10 years of work experience. Graduates (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) from any discipline are eligible to apply.
