Dr. Srimannarayana, a gold medalist in M.A. (IR & PM), began his career in the corporate sector before moving to academia. He previously served as a Professor at Maharishi Institute of Management, Hyderabad and later joined XLRI. His doctoral research focused on training and development in public sector undertakings. Dr. Srimannarayana has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and his key areas of interest include staffing, training needs assessment and training evaluation.
Dr. Gurunathan is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at XLRI Jamshedpur, with extensive teaching experience and a strong academic background. He specializes in organizational development, leadership and workplace behavioral dynamics. His research focuses on improving organizational practices and leadership skills. Dr. Gurunathan has made significant contributions through his publications, conference presentations, and collaborations with industry. Known for his engaging teaching style, he helps students develop practical skills for success in dynamic organizational environments.
The participants who successfully completed the programme and got a successful completion certificate are eligible for Executive education Alumni status. They may join the alumni association after paying ₹20,000 (Inclusive of GST).

Participants will attend live online sessions on the VCNow platform through direct-to-desktop (D2D) mode. The live online sessions will take place every Saturday from 10 AM to 1:15 PM.
