About IIM Lucknow
The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is fourth in the prestigious IIM family of management schools to be established in India after IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. The establishment of IIMs was envisioned and initiated by the first Prime Minister of India – Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
The Institute was established in the year 1984. Since then IIML has touched million lives directly or indirectly through its faculty, alumni and support staff. IIML moulds its students into value driven leaders, managers and global players. The institute undertakes a diverse range of academic activities aimed at creation, dissemination and application of management knowledge and practice.
About the Young Leaders Programme
The program aims at developing Leadership Skills to advance Career, team, and the organization. Leadership principles is designed to help new and aspiring leaders unleash the potential in themselves and others, and cultivate high-performing teams. Programme pedagogy
A balanced mix of lectures, case studies, live -corporate examples and general discussions
Programme delivery
The program will be delivered through VCNow’s virtual classroom (VCR) infrastructure across India. The program will be delivered through Virtual classes held once a week. In addition, there will be a overall 7-day campus module at IIM Lucknow at the beginning and towards the end of the program.

12 months (150 hours)
Campus Component
7 days campus component (3 days beginning & 4 days at end of programme)
Classroom Schedule
Every tuesdays (6.30 PM to 9.30 PM) at a nearest VCNow Centre
Certification
Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from IIM Lucknow. Those with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully will receive a certificate of participation.
