The Executive Development Programme in Operations & Project Management enhances leadership skills in operations and project management through its industry-relevant curriculum designed by expert faculty. The pedagogy comprises case studies, interactive sessions, quizzes, mid-term and end-term examinations, class participation, project work, and group-based presentations. These components, facilitated by IIM Raipur’s faculty, aim to equip participants with the knowledge, understanding and hands-on skills to apply their learning immediately in the workplace. Additionally, participants opting for a Certificate of Completion will undertake project work and presentations, evaluated by the faculty, with individual feedback provided.

The Operations & Project Management Course welcomes Indian participants holding a Graduation (10+2+3) or Diploma (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university in any discipline. International participants should possess a Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized University or Institution in their respective countries. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of working experience is necessary.

The programme is delivered primarily through live online sessions on the VCNow platform, with direct-to-desktop (D2D) mode ensuring seamless accessibility. Additionally, participants will be able to engage in a 3-day on-campus immersion at IIM Raipur campus. Live online sessions are scheduled every Sunday (11 AM to 2:15 PM), considering working professionals' busy schedules.
