Dr. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director of IIM Raipur, holds advanced degrees in Business and Management. He has served as a professor at XLRI Jamshedpur and LBSNAA Mussoorie and has worked globally in leadership development and strategy. He has co-authored textbooks with major publishers like Cambridge and Sage and his research focuses on business strategy, governance, public policy, and leadership development. His work emphasizes bridging the gap between strategic competence and actionable leadership.
Prof. Umesh Sharraf is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad. With a remarkable career in the Indian Police Service, Prof. Sharraf brings invaluable leadership insights. His leadership expertise spans law enforcement, public administration and organizational management, with a focus on effective leadership and decision-making in high-pressure environments. He has authored books on criminology and economic offenses, which are used in training institutions.
Prof. Suneetha Saggurthi holds a Ph.D. from XLRI Jamshedpur and a master's from TISS Mumbai. She has over 17 years of experience in human resources, particularly in organizational development and employee relations. Prof. Suneetha is trained in process-oriented psychology and has authored numerous papers on leadership, change management and competency mapping. Her research focuses on leadership psychology and women's empowerment in organizational settings.
